We’re holding a family service and picnic at SouthRidge on August 2nd, and everyone is invited!
Service at the Church
The morning worship service will be held in the regular place — the auditorium. The picnic will follow the 10 am service.
No SR Kids or KidsCare programs running
Since it is a family service we will not be running SR Kids or KidsCare programs. But the nursery room will be open for infants and toddlers. The KidsCare room will be open for those who require additional support but we will not have support buddies available.
Picnic afterwards
Plan to bring a picnic lunch. We’ll provide the juice, coffee, and water. And you’ll want to make sure to bring something to sit on since we’ll be on the lawn. If it starts to rain we’ll move indoors.
Soccer anyone?
We’ve also heard that soccer is in the works for kids of all ages, sponsored by the SouthRidge interns. We’ll have two fields so that younger and older kids can play safely and enjoy themselves. We hope you can make it.
