Come as you are.
What time do we start?
Our Sunday worship services start at 9:00 am or 11:00 am. Come a little early to get a close parking spot and claim a good seat... "good seats" are the ones right at the front, right?

Do you need access to the building during the week?
What's it like?
To kick the experience off, our very own SouthRidge band leads us in worship of God through songs and prayer. We sing mostly contemporary Christian songs you might hear on the radio, songs by Hillsongs Worship, The Digital Age, Elevation Worship, Bethel Music, Chris Tomlin, Leeland Mooring, All Sons and Daughters, The Rend Collective, and sometimes there is an occasional golden oldie thrown in for good measure.

There's a speech or teaching, right?
Yep! Every Sunday one of our pastors teaches a lesson based from the Bible. They speak for 30-45 minutes on a variety of topics that make a difference in our day-to-day lives. We've recently covered such topics as hell, #metoo, and sexual exploitation. We find God’s truths are relevant for everyone, no matter where you are in your spiritual journey.
No Dress code
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you comfortable.
We are a church that enjoys a casual atmosphere. Feel free to wear your favourite pair of jeans and T-shirt, or your favourite cardigan-bow tie combo if that’s how you roll.
We’re not focused on fashion here; we’d rather concentrate on our faith in God and our desire to share God’s love with others.
Should I give money?
We take an offering during the service, but this is intended only for the people who attend regularly and are committed to supporting the mission and vision of SouthRidge.
In fact, if you fill out a CONNECT card on your first visit we’ll give you a $5 coffee gift card!
What about my kids?
Babies and Toddlers
Birth to 2.5 yearsThe nursery is open from the time you arrive for newborns-2 1/2 year-olds.
2.5 years to grade 7
Older children (2 1/2 years – Grade 7) are dismissed to their classes after the first part of the service. We encourage you to pick them up promptly after the service is finished; they don’t like it much when we try to put them in the lost and found box.
Children who need additional supportWe’re happy to help every child participate in and enjoy church! Our Thrive program is designed to support families facing extraordinary challenges of all kinds. On Sunday, the Thrive room is available for children who could use a break and if needed, we will assign a trained volunteer (or “Buddy”) to support your child one-on-one.
After Service Experience
It's over, now what?
Please stay for a cup a coffee or tea – there are even cookies for the kids and the
childish charmingly youthful adults.
Visit our Welcome Centre for more information about SouthRidge, and get to know some of us who call it home. First time visitors can get a coffee card to Tim Horton’s or Starbucks just for filling out a CONNECT card!
Hope to see you Sunday.
