LEAD PASTOR
We're looking for our next Lead Pastor
Are you a strong leader who is a able to lead a strong, dynamic team? The Lead Pastor is one of the elders of the church and gives leadership and direction to SouthRidge to ensure that it is working toward the accomplishment of its mission and vision. This individual is responsible to ensure that the key ministry results of SouthRidge are being achieved.
We're looking for:• Someone who is an exemplary witness with a growing, authentic and vital relationship with Jesus
• A skilled pastor who can communicate passionately and effectively
• A leader with superior relational abilities and caring capacity
