Well, today was long and hot (25C), clouds burned off around 11am, we met the family, ran soccer camp for about 30kids, and got 3 of the walls up with some of the roof done.
The Mexican Government is partnering with us to supply a stove and fridge for the family.
We have a planned soccer game for Tuesday against some of the Mexico teens that have been getting into gangs and drugs. We are looking forward to this opportunity to interact with the ministry that is happening with these teens.
We all went to the Dulceria (candy store) after the jobsite and a few of us poked around at the beach quickly before dinner. After dinner we had an amazing “Hub in Mexico”, led by Ben, Bailey and Colson.
Building day number 2 is almost here and we are excited to see what is in store!
Adios!
