Hola amigos!
We have arrived in Vicente Guerrero and everyone is doing well but tired of travelling. The tacos at El Pollo Loco were excellente, grilled with queso (cheese) inside. Currently I am drinking tea at Mikazza Cafe on their wifi. We may be hit and miss on blog posts as wifi is limited.
We arrived earlier than planned and will be having an early night in preparation for our day tomorrow. The travel was very smooth and easy the whole way, and we weren’t stopped at the military checkpoint.
Tomorrow we meet the family we are building for and start our first day of soccer camp! Looking forward to sharing stories, hopefully from the team members and not just me.
Please pray for our first full day tomorrow. Pray for the details to all work out, supplies for the house, soccer camp impact, and team bonding. We miss you all back home but are excited for what is ahead!
