Passage: 2 Corinthians 9:8
Message Summary

Jonathan gave the analogy of baptizing your wallet, meaning to acknowledge that all our money is resourced by God. When we give, it starts with God and ends with God being glorified.
God has an ability to pour out grace. God works in abundance. God’s is generous. He is lavish in giving to us.
God’s mission is for the poor and the local church.
When we give it reveals our heart. We are to give with joyful giving. This is how God gives to us and therefore that is how we are to give to him.
It is a about God’s grace that we give to glorify God.

Jonathan Michael is a Leadership Consultant specializing in coaching leadership performance, transitions and team development. He has pastored in South Asia and in Canada. He also served with Capernwray Bible Schools where he traveled and taught in churches and Bible schools in Canada and the USA. He graduated from Acts Seminaries and also teaches as Adjunct Faculty in the B.A in leadership program at Trinity Western University. He and his wife Christiane attend Calvary Worship Centre, a growing multicultural church community representing 85 nations.
