NEXT is our new name for what used to be SouthRidge University and sorry to break it to you, but it’s not an acronym. 😀
New name, yet still a place where anybody can come and learn
The name may have changed but NEXT is still a place where anybody can come to learn about the things you find interesting or helpful in life in a setting that is friendly and welcoming. That hasn’t changed. No matter where you are in your journey, there’s probably something for you.
The three flavours of NEXT
Because we are all at different places and your next step might be different than my next step, there are 3 different flavors or areas of study. For those who need help with things like parenting, marriage or even finances—courses in life enrichment might be for you. For those who want to go deeper in your understanding of the Bible—then your next step might be to try out one of the Bible courses. Or for those who think God is wanting you to take next steps as a leader—then your next step might be to check out a course in leadership development.
What to find at N.E.X.T. NEXT
So if you’re looking for an acronym, you won’t find it in NEXT. What you may find is a place to find and follow God’s next step for your life.
